Yes. Additional fees are included to account for elements that require extra time, detail, or complexity in the illustration. These add-ons ensure that every commission is priced fairly based on the workload involved.

The percentages are calculated based on the prices above.

These fees include

— Detailed character design (designs such as complex outfits, armor, tattoos, accessories, or elaborate hairstyles) —+50% per character

— Extra props (items such as weapons / furniture / stand-alone objects) — +20% per prop

— Dynamic poses (such as poses which require advanced perspective knowledge) — 50%

— Suggestive themes (you must be at least 18 years old to request this) —+70%

Yes. The rush fees is +50-75% of the base price plus any add ons. The rush fees are dependant on the deadline given.

Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering. I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style.

Allowed Content

• Original characters

• Characters from pre-exisiting media (Such as from TV shows, games etc.)

• Character avatars from customisable games (Such as Roblox, Pokemon avatars etc.)

• Humans

• Kemonomimi (Humans with slight animal characteristics such as cat ears / tail)

• Mild gore (Such as blood / scars / scratches / small wounds)

• Shipping content (such as self-shipping, OC x Canon, Canon x Canon, OC x OC)

Disallowed Content

• Mecha (Ask)

• Buff or muscular figures (Ask)

• Visibly old characters

• Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any suggestive context.

• Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery.

1. Submit Your Request
Please send an email to helloanimangastudio@gmail.com with the details of your commission.

Your email must include:

• Coloured visual references of your character
  (Uncoloured sketches, vague “mood boards,” or references without a proper character design will not be accepted.)

• Any pose or composition references you’d like me to follow

• A brief personality description of your character to help me capture their vibe and expression accurately

The more accurate and clear your references, the better your final artwork will be.


2. Pricing & Approval
After reviewing your request, I will discuss the pricing with you before any work begins.

Intellectual Property (IP) remains with Liah Liao - Animanga Studio . If you would like to purchase IP ownership rights, this can be discussed via email.

You must pay upfront for any orders value lower or equal to $45. If order is above $45, 50% of the invoice is paid upfront and remainder to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.

Once the details are finalized and approved, please send payment via PayPal.

3. Modifications Before Work Begins
You may modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece.
This includes:

• Changing or upgrading your commission type

• Adding optional features or add-ons (you only need to pay the price difference)

• Completely changing the character or details

Please note: Refunds for downgrades (e.g., removing add-ons) cannot be given once work has begun.

4. Sketch Phase & Revisions
Once I begin the artwork, some changes become more limited.
During the sketching phase, you are entitled to:

• Up to 3 major changes

• Additional minor adjustments within reason

Large revisions beyond what is included may require an added fee or, in some cases, may need to be handled as a separate commission.

5. Completion & Delivery
When your commission is finished, I will notify you via email and send the final files digitally.
You will receive:

• PNG and JPEG versions of the final illustration with and without watermark.

• Transparent PNG of the character

• PNG and JPEG of background (included only if you requested a simple or complex background)

Your artwork is now complete and ready for personal use!
